“Our mission is to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and provide accessible counseling resources to individuals and families throughout Texas.”
Lone Star Mental Wellness Alliance is a Texas-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing mental health education, advocacy, and community support. We believe that mental wellness is a right, not a privilege.
Founded in 2018 by a group of licensed counselors, community leaders, and advocates, we have grown into a trusted resource for thousands of Texans seeking mental health support, education, and community connection.
Through monthly meetings, public workshops, and partnerships with local healthcare providers, we work to ensure that every Texan has access to the mental health information and support they need.
Monthly meetings are open to all members. Public classes are free and open to everyone.
